This On-Demand model ensures delivery within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase (with no minimums).

Made-To-Order Online Store

This Special Order Store is specifically designed as a tool for Special Orders including idea generation, product searches & viewing, self-virtual logos and/or purchasing. There is no inventory required in the Special Order Store. Pricing for all products is set up by JMA for your specific account.

JMA delivers a state-of-the-art, full service Uniform platform which is customizable for any business type and size through an automated online store which can utilize points, budgets, authorization levels, multiple users & locations. Each Uniform program includes complete online admin reporting modules for up-to-date information. For all products shown on this site, the user will have the ability to place referred artwork on each item. This tool allows the user to add virtual sample functionality to your searching and buying experience. The user interface is simple and extremely intuitive utilizing automatic logo placement and retention technologies.

JMA maintains one of the most technologically advanced E-Commerce systems specifically designed for the management of promotional product Corporate Stores for our clients. This system works hand-in-hand with our internal business systems to provide 100% real-time access to information such as Stock Levels, Order Status, Backorder Information, Inventory Due Dates, etc.

Importing

JMA has direct relationships with international vendors and agents for sourcing products worldwide. This capability has enabled us to provide significant cost savings to our clients. All orders are quality control inspected before they are shipped from the overseas manufacturer.

Kitting/Direct Mail

JMA's state of the art facility allows for direct mail efforts to be set-up and executed to meet all of your branding efforts. JMA has a specific area designated in our warehouse facility for kitting projects. This includes multiple merchandise items and/or marketing collateral packaged to specifications to complete your project.

Fulfillment

The JMA fulfillment model has been built to provide National & International Coverage with a Local Presence. JMA Headquarters is 94 Holmes Road, Newington, CT 06111. JMA’s headquarters is 30,000 sq. feet with 20,000 sq. ft dedicated to warehouse storage, fulfillment and kitting.

In addition, JMA has a state-of-the-art showroom which many of our clients frequently visit for meetings regarding merchandising, special products and other supplier summits. We strongly encourage all of our clients and future clients to visit JMA throughout the year.

Program Business: All program inventory (including on-demand embroidery) are stored and shipped from JMA headquarters.

Custom Orders: For day to day special projects for business clients, we utilize a few different methods for distribution. For orders that require storing, kitting, etc., JMA will also ship from our headquarters in Newington CT. In many cases, such logoed merchandise will be delivered directly from a partner supplier to the location of request.
